Deep Tissue Massage is a therapeutic massage designed to relieve sore muscles, or areas of chronic tension, by using special techniques and by applying deeper pressure on the layers of muscle tissue. Deep tissue massage may cause soreness during or right after your massage. This is very common because many toxins are released it is important to drink plenty of water after your massage. This massage is not designed for relaxation, but for muscle pain relief. It aims to release tension through slow strokes and deep finger pressure on specific areas. 30-60 minutes.
